Rules and Regulations

1. This contest is open to Alberta residents ONLY, 18 years of age or older, with the exception of employees and those with whom they are domiciled of the Alberta Food Processors Association and its members, their affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies.
2. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
3. Prizes may not be exactly as shown or indicated. Alberta Food Processors Association reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
4. How to Enter. To be eligible to win one Good Food Basket, complete the online entry form and correctly answer the three skill-testing questions. All areas of the entry form must be completed and the entry received before 12:00 AM on the day of each quarterly draw: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1
5. Limit one entry per household per quarterly draw. No purchase necessary.
   NOTE: Entries apply only to the current quarter's contest. Enter each quarter to increase your chances of winning.
6. Prizes: One winning entrant per quarter will receive an Alberta Food Processor's Good Food Basket, a retail value of $50. Prizes cannot be refunded and are not transferable or convertible to cash.
7. The Draw: The prizes will be awarded in a random draw held in Edmonton on the first working day of every quarter at 10:00 a.m. (no weekends) from all eligible entries received on, or before, the contest close date. In order to win, the selected entrant must answer correctly the three skill-testing questions on the entry form. The odds of being selected will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only the winning participants will be notified within two (2) days from the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days of the draw date, another winner will be chosen. The prize winners will be notified by email and phone.
8. All entries become the property of Alberta Food Processors Association, which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone failure, of any email or entry to be received by Alberta Food Processors Association on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material in the promotion.
9. Alberta Food Processors Association reserves the right to revise or cancel this promotion at any time.
10. Before being declared a winner, the prize winners may also be required to sign: a) a declaration form confirming compliance with the contest rules and the acceptance of the prize offered; b) a waiver of liability acknowledging the non-responsibility of Alberta Food Processors Association and their agents in respect to injuries, accidents or loss relating to the prize; and c) a publicity release acknowledging the right of Alberta Food Processors Association and the agents to publish and/or broadcast the winner's picture, name, address, voice and statements without further compensation.
